We will never ask you for your full password, a one-time passcode, or to move money to a "safe account". If you receive a call, email or message claiming to be from Lempler that asks for any of these, end contact immediately and telephone us on +44 (0)20 3432 3980.

Payment Instructions & Verification

Be cautious of any unexpected request to change bank details or to make an urgent payment, even if it appears to come from someone you know. Confirm it by telephone on a known number before releasing funds.
